The new home building area for CQH is Columbia, SC and all surrounding areas, with the primary market for existing custom spec homes being located in Northeast Columbia. Communities of present building are in NE Columbia: Greenhill Parish, Longcreek Plantation, and Charleston Estates (pdf brochure). CQH is also building in Parrish Plantation in the West Columbia area. Model homes are now open.
