Owner and Builder Troy (TK) Berry is a native of Columbia and a graduate of The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After a 15 year career in the Civil and Mechanical Engineering profession, the passion and desire was always there to build Custom Homes.  With more than 20 years of home building industry experience, Carolina Quality Homes was established in 2004 to provide the personalized customer service and customer focus you desire, when building your custom home. Troy is a licensed builder, a Member of the Columbia Home Builders' Association (HBA), and the National Home Builders' Assocation.
